EDLD 5363 Week 2 Audacity Tutorial and Windows Movie Maker Tutorial

Audacity Tutorial:
Script- Welcome to audacity. Audacity is an audio recording program With effects that allow you to edit the audio. Audacity is also user-friendly. Audacity has six main buttons. Pause, play, stop, Skip to the beginning of the track, skip to the end of the track, And record. To begin using audacity press the record button. Record for the desired amount of time. When your done press the stop button. When you go to save your file click file in the top left-hand corner. Go down to export, I suggest you save your file as a wave file, Type in your filename choose where you want to save it as then click save. Once you have done this then click ok. You have now recorded your first audio using audacity.




Windows Movie Maker Tutorial
Script-
Welcome to the windows movie maker. on the right-hand side of the screen you will see your storyboard. If you click the storyboard you can add photos and videos to your project. On the left, is the preview window this is where it shows individual photos or videos. You will notice tabs at the top of the screen. Home, animation, visual effects, project, view and edit. Options on the home tab are to add music, add titles, Add captions and add credits. Another useful feature of Windows movie maker is the auto movie themes. On the right-hand side of the screen you have options to save your movie or share your movie. Movies are easily uploaded to Facebook or YouTube.
